This workshop is not just about keeping children occupied for a few hours.
It is about helping them build emotional awareness, calmness, confidence, kindness and healthier ways of responding — skills that can support them not only as children, but throughout life as human beings.
Through breathing, storytelling, movement games, drawing, observation activities, simple meditation and gratitude practices, children will learn practical tools in a safe and engaging environment.
